ASBAS Digital Solutions provides small business (for profit businesses with 19 or fewer employees) with low cost (FIRST HOUR FREE (was $40+GST for the first hour) and $60+GST for every other hour), high quality advice on a range of digital solutions to help them meet their business needs and grow their digital capabilities. Each ABN is able to access up to a maximum of 24 hours until 30/06/2021 (with a maximum of two hours a month).
This program is heavily subsidised by the federal government (https://www.business.gov.au/advisory-services/asbas-digital-solutions).

The Comprehensive Digital Growth Series
The seven part (seven two hour advisory sessions) advisory series takes business owners on a journey to better understand their business and its growth trajectory. We determine where the business is currently and where you would like it to be. Then we work together collaboratively to implement a range of digital (and non digital) strategies to guide you to achieve what you desire.
Session 1A We discuss your business and you as a business owner in detail.
Session 1B We explain in detail the 'Growth Equation', explain the main drivers and KPI's behind business growth. We apply this to your business to make measurable goals and KPI's.
Session 2A We review your existing Lead Generation mechanisms in your business.

Session 5A We review your existing strategies to increase Average Customer Spend in your business.

Session 6A We review your existing strategies to increase Number of Sales Per Customer in your business.

Prior to the 7th and final session, you will have reviewed the first six sessions and made a plan for review and discussion.
Session 7A We review your global growth strategy to ensure is coherent, consistent and achievable.
Session 7B We take a second and final look at the 'Growth Equation' to adjust KPI's in light of the new strategies. We leave some open time at the end for a debrief and open question time.
Feasibility of your new business idea
It is important to determine whether a business is likely to be viable before investing a significant amount of capital:
Session 1A: Discuss your business idea, your past experience and what you hope to get out of the business.
Session 1B: Compare similar businesses to assist with working capital requirements, equity vs debt, estimate when cash flow will allow drawings to be taken from the business.
Session 1C: Discuss and curate your long term strategy for the business.

Online and Offline Networking Strategy
The most successful business owners leverage both online and offline strategies to ensure a constant flow of leads. This two hour session is broken into two components.
Session 1A: We find out about you and your business and review and provide feedback regarding your existing networking strategy.
